After extensive guest research, brainstorming and content ideation — I led the team in a redesign of Hyatt’s customer relationship marketing emails. Centered around the idea of informative, timely and targeted content, these emails focus on a variety of topics that would simultaneously deepen our relationship with guests but also put more “heads in beds.”
