As a groundbreaking pro-sports trading card game, akin to Pokemon but featuring NBA stars, Flex NBA initially utilized packaging heavily reliant on player faces, which failed to effectively communicate the uniqueness of this never-before-seen product. However, through thorough customer research, competitive analysis, and shopper experience evaluation, we embarked on a mission to redesign the packaging.

Our approach involved incorporating tear-away packs commonly found in trading cards, implementing consistent branding elements, employing key visual cues, crafting compelling copy, and integrating impactful call-to-action prompts. These strategic changes were meticulously devised to successfully introduce Flex NBA to a wider audience, captivating new customers and generating heightened interest in the game.
